STORY

Inspiration for this illustration came from Civil Rights Movement and the Indian independece movement. In both situations unique historical figures like Martin Luther King or Mahatma Gandhi led their people in a peaceful non violent resistance and gave humanity a perfect examples of movements that can change the whole society for better without any call to arms. I didn't want go for usual realistic style, so I decided to be more playful and do something funny and less serious. Guns on the left side represent a system of opression, without any faces just a pure force and violence. But even with all that power threatening them, people stood up and fought for justice and liberty.
This image was created for CG Challenge competition organizes by CGSociety. It got a 3rd place in that competition and some nice prizes, like V-Ray license.
